THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: full conference documentation, three luncheons and one cocktail;
SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION (from Mandarin to English and vice versa) for the two days and a half will be provided by a professional team of translators.
CANCELLATION POLICY: should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Alterative, we will make a prompt refund less a service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations received in writing (letter of facsimile) no later than 20th March 2009. Where notice is given between this date and 20th of April 2009, refund will be 50% of the fee, there after we regret that no refunds can be made.
